Atlanta’s Only Multi-Specialty Orthopedic Center

Orthopedics is the field of medicine that deals with your bones, joints and their soft tissue connections of muscles, ligaments, and tendons. Our orthopedic clinic houses board-certified orthopedic surgeons and we use all of our own imaging and diagnostic tools to complete any type of spine or joint surgery necessary.

It’s important to get to the bottom of every injury, which is why we utilize every imaging technique available to fully review your trauma. We will always begin with an X-Ray to rule out bone and joint injuries, and we will order an MRI, if needed, to evaluate the soft tissue structures. You can’t get better until the exact source of pain is identified.

Orthopedic Spine & Joint

Orthopedics is the field of medicine that deals with your bones, joints and their soft tissue connections of muscles, ligaments, and tendons. Our in-house, board-certified orthopedic surgeons use all of our own imaging and diagnostic tools to complete any type of spine or joint surgery necessary.

Neuro Spine

Surgery around your spine and brain requires the diligent hands of a neuro surgeon. AICA Orthopedics is staffed with board-certified surgeons who specialize in this type of procedure. If your operation doesn’t demand a lot of hardware, but it still requires the expertise of a neuro surgeon, AICA has the care team you need to get better faster.

Minimally Invasive Spine Procedures

Medicine has advanced so much that patients can now undergo surgeries with small, Band-Aid sized incisions through minimal invasions. Our board-certified interventional specialists perform minimally invasive procedures that are much quicker, have reduced recovery time, and pose less risk for infection.

At AICA Orthopedics, we have an in-house neurology team who diagnoses closed head injuries of patients presenting headaches, dizziness, memory loss, and even PTSD. Our neurologists work closely with our patients to uncover the correct diagnosis. The neurologists and spine specialists work together when a patient’s pain radiates to the arms and legs. We perform screening processes to determine the patient’s source of pain and symptoms.

2965Reviews from our amazing patients!

You were kind enough to meet with me, to ensure that I was comfortable with AICA., and took me thru the typical protocol that one would expect after a personal injury. I thank you for that day, because I was new to this type of injury and I had no idea what to expect. It turns out that “everything you said” happened like clockwork. The facility, the care, the efficiency, and the follow-up from the staff and the Doctor was well beyond my expectation. I am 62 yrs. of age, and over those years I can’t recall when I have ever had a doctor spend as much “quality time” with me explaining the procedures (pre and post-op) in preparing me as a patient. He took great interest in assuring me that I was in good hands, and at the same time made me feel that I was receiving special treatment. As I continued with my appointments I observed that my “special treatment” was not exclusive but was extended to all of his patients, as if they were his personal friends. Something you don’t see very often these days - A doctor with bedside manner. Again, I appreciate the special care and handling of my injury over the past year, and I thank you for making this a pleasurable experience for me.
